Rahul Bhutoria

Rahul Bhutoria, currently serving as a Designated Partner at Valtrust Partners LLP, has accumulated over 17 years of experience in investment and advisory services. He has made significant contributions to Indcap, a boutique Investment Bank with four offices across India, by successfully concluding transactions exceeding INR 300 billion. Rahul’s investment portfolio covers various sectors, including PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity), early-stage ventures, and special situations. Noteworthy is his involvement as an investor and director in a healthcare venture in the UK, alongside one of India’s largest healthcare groups, which was later divested to a Private Equity firm. Prior to his tenure at Indcap, Rahul worked with EY in their Corporate Finance Practice, specializing in Debt Advisory and Financial Restructuring. He has also gained experience at PwC in their Financial Advisory practice.  

Rahul Bhutoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University, Indiana, USA, and has completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, France.
