Prashanth Krishna​

Prashanth Krishna brings over 20 years of extensive experience in equity investing and portfolio construction to his role as a Technical Analyst at Valtrust Partners LLP. With a strong background in fund management and research, Prashanth has served as a Fund Manager and Head of Research at Capitalmind PMS, where he successfully managed a momentum portfolio for approximately three years. He has also been associated with various investment management and advisory companies, including Growth Avenue Assets Advisors Pvt Ltd and Midas Technicals Ventures. Prashanth’s expertise lies in developing trading systems, building models, and evaluating portfolio risk for both proprietary and client use. His wealth of experience in momentum trading and data analytics skills in make him instrumental in driving the momentum strategy as a “mentor.”  

Prashanth Krishnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) certified by the CMT Association, USA. Additionally, he is registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as a ‘Research Analyst’.
