Amit Khosla

Amit Khosla, in his capacity as a Senior Advisor at Valtrust Partners LLP, offers more than two decades of comprehensive experience in principal investing and banking throughout India and the Asia Pacific region. As the Founder Partner of Asiabridge, a fund supported by blue-chip global financial institutions, he has managed a corpus of c. USD 94 million since its inception in 2007, achieving a portfolio Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of c. 22%. Additionally, he served as the Chief Representative of Hana Bank in India from 2009 to 2013, playing a pivotal role in establishing the bank’s presence in the country. Amit’s professional journey includes establishing the India office for D.B. Zwirn & Co in New Delhi, focusing on private equity, real estate, and special situations, as well as his tenure with CDC/Actis Capital. He also has valuable experience in global investment banks such as JP Morgan Chase & Co and Fox-Pitt, Kelton, working in New York and Hong Kong. 

Amit Khosla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and has earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Illinois, USA. As a Senior Advisor, he serves as a cornerstone, providing invaluable guidance and strategic counsel to both the leadership team and clients.
